Our Shared Learning Action Team is a cohort-style action team focused on learning and growing in a safe, and challenging space. Our first cohort (2022) was focused on gender equity in youth programs, our second cohort (2023) was focused on racial equity in youth programs. Our current Shared Learning Action Team (2024) is an affinity group for female and non-binary coaches and instructors of color.
